The people behind the programme

The team your students will talk to.

Qualified counsellors, senior clinical supervision, and a safety-first culture — meet the people who make Psych Up trustworthy.

Qualified, supervised, accountable

Every Psych Up counsellor works under the supervision of senior clinical psychologists. Counsellors are selected for both qualification and warmth — because a credential only helps if students actually feel safe talking. Supervision means no counsellor works alone: complex cases are reviewed, safety protocols are enforced, and quality stays consistent across every campus we serve.

Our school counsellors

Dedicated counsellors are matched to each institution and introduced to your leadership before the programme begins. Each counsellor holds a recognised qualification in psychology or counselling, receives structured supervision, and follows Psych Up’s confidentiality and safety protocols.
