Scientific, professionally-conducted assessments that turn “something seems off” into a clear picture — so support is targeted, early, and right.
Measure cognitive abilities and potential to guide learning support and enrichment.
Identify Specific Learning Disabilities (such as dyslexia) and academic challenges.
Screening and assessment for emotional well-being, sensitively conducted.
Understand behaviour, personality, and social functioning to inform support.

A student who is struggling academically might have an undiagnosed learning difficulty, an attention challenge, anxiety, or simply a confidence gap — and each needs a different response. Assessment replaces guesswork with clarity.
Assessments are arranged through the school as part of the Psych Up programme. With appropriate consent, the counsellor or psychologist administers the relevant standardised tools, interprets the results under clinical supervision, and prepares a clear report with practical recommendations for teachers and parents. Where a student needs ongoing help, the same dedicated counsellor provides student counselling and, where required, a safe referral to specialised professionals.
Assessments pair naturally with universal mental health screening: screening flags who may need a closer look, and assessment provides the depth. Together they help schools identify vulnerable children early and support them with care and confidentiality.
